We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client results with a lean, strategic approach.Role OverviewWe are looking for a professional and detail-orientedAccount Managerto join our remote team. This is a part-time, client-facing role focused on communication, onboarding, coordination, and client relationship management.Your core responsibility is to act as the key liaison between our clients and internal delivery team (Operations Manager, creative, ads, and content teams), ensuring all approvals, information, and assets are collected and communicated efficiently to keep client projects on track.You will be working alongside another Account Manager on a split-shift schedule, with a daily one-hour crossover to ensure smooth handover, alignment, and accurate updates on client communications and deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & SetupCoordinate and lead new client onboardingGather all required assets, information, and approvals following onboarding callsClearly document and organise client information for internal team referenceSet clear expectations with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, and communication protocolsOngoing Client CommunicationAct as themain point of contactfor clients across email, Slack/WhatsApp, and ZoomCommunicate feedback, approvals, and changes between clients and operations/delivery teamsSend deliverables for approval and follow up in a timely manner to avoid delaysKeep clients updated on timelines, progress, and pending items as per communication protocolConduct monthly meetings with clients to gather feedback, discuss requirements, and present new deliverables.Write meeting minutes and communicate them to clients.✅ Project Coordination SupportLiaise daily with the internal Operations Manager and delivery teams to efficiently and accurately deliver feedback and requirements.Ensure all personal monthly tasks follow a clear flow and meet internal timelinesBook and manage video shoot scheduling as required for clientsMaintain accurate records and status of all client communication to follow up efficiently on approvals and requestsUpdate client profiles ongoing with feedback, preferences and changes to objectives.✅ Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, being able to conduct effective meetings with clients and relay information to the team.Build rapport with clients and team members.What We’re Looking ForExcellent English communication skills– both verbal and written Organised and reliable, with great attention to detail Able to follow structured client workflows and maintain clear documentation Proactive in following up on pending approvals or delays Confident in coordinating across teams to move projects forward Professional and calm under pressure, able to handle multiple clients at once Basic understanding of digital marketing is beneficial (paid ads, social media, SEO)Why Join TDS Group?Work remotely with flexibility, aligned to a dynamic, fast-moving team Directly support the successful delivery of digital marketing campaigns Opportunity to grow within a company scaling across the GCC and international markets Friendly and supportive team culture, with clearly structured workflowsIf you are organised, client-focused, and great at managing details, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today and join TDS Group in helping service businesses scale with performance marketing.
