This is ahigh-impact, target-driven, and fast-pacedrole requiring a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in building client relationships, closing staffing deals, and driving consistent business outcomes.Key Responsibilities Identify and win new client accounts in the US and UK for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing services Drive revenue through aggressive outreach, consultative sales, and strong client partnerships Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align delivery with client expectations Own and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Develop and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and sales tools Lead proposal development, rate negotiations, and client presentations Stay on top of market trends, competitor intelligence, and client shifts in the IT staffing space Represent Recrivio in client calls, virtual meetings, and industry events as neededWho You Are 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development for US and/or UK markets Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets Deep understanding of recruitment models and staffing processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Able to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment Comfortable working across EST/GMT time zones Self-starter with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
