About the Role: For this small to mid-size project. we are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho FSM Implementation Expert to support our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a valuable resource, providing expert guidance and support to our internal team on complex Zoho FSM implementation challenges. You will be the back up for our team when they have specific questions or are looking for an expert to implement particularly challenging functionality and integrations. This is a part time advisory role. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert consultation: Advise and support our internal team on challenging technical aspects of Zoho FSM implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Zoho FSM configurations, integrations, and workflows. Assist with Zoho FSM best practices: Share best practices and recommendations for optimizing Zoho FSM usage within our organization. Contribute to project execution: Provide input and guidance on Zoho FSM-related aspects of projects. Qualifications: Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Zoho FSM. Proven expertise in integrating Zoho FSM with other Zoho applications, specifically Zoho Invoice and Zoho CRM. Strong understanding of integrating Zoho FSM with Quickbooks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting
