We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who combines data fluency with strategic creativity — someone who knows the platforms but also understands the people behind the pixels. This is a part-time, remote-friendly role for someone who’s ready to take the lead and shape campaigns that convert and connect. What You’ll DoLead end-to-end paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Plan budgets, develop media strategies, and set KPIs focused on growth and retention Monitor performance and continuously optimize using real-time insights Collaborate with creatives and content teams to build campaigns that are as beautiful as they are effective Use data storytelling to communicate campaign results to internal stakeholders You’re a Great Fit If You:Have 4+ years in performance marketing, especially in fast-paced or agency environments Are an expert in Google Ads and Meta Business Suite (TikTok and Ads are a bonus!)
