Job Title : Senior Data Scientist Location : Bangalore, India Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in Databricks to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven initiatives, architect scalable data solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Databricks , PySpark , and Delta Lake . Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Optimize data workflows and ensure high performance across cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Lead data science projects end-to-end, from problem definition to model deployment and monitoring. Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and engineering. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks , Apache Spark , and MLflow . Proficiency in Python , SQL , and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data wrangling. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Azure Data Engineer or Databricks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
