Company Description We are hiring for a large listed NBFC (rated AA+/Stable) into LAP and Gold Loans. Role Description The Chief Collections Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the debt collection process, developing and implementing strategies for reducing delinquencies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role is right at the top leadership level and would require strategic mindset and in-depth experience and knowledge of collections/portfolio behavior analytics and of leading a large well qualified team. Must have Qualifications 18-25 years of experience (of which minimum 5 years should be at the National Level) in LAP/HL Collections Indepth understanding of Collections Strategy, Analytics Demonstrated evidence of engaging with the Board of Directors on a regular basis.
