As a Manager – Partnerships & Alliances , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and nurturing strategic alliances that multiply our impact across industries. Whether it’s onboarding new partners, co-creating solutions, or enabling new revenue streams, this role sits at the intersection of business strategy, relationship-building, and execution. We Are the Perfect Match If You… Bring 3–5 years of experience in partnership development, alliances, or B2B business development , ideally in SaaS, BGV, fintech, gaming, or e-commerce ecosystems Are open to travel domestically Have a strong understanding of business, financial principles, and market dynamics, and can spot mutually beneficial opportunities quickly Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by autonomy and ownership Communicate effortlessly — whether it’s pitching a strategic vision to a partner, breaking down a complex solution, or aligning internal stakeholders Have prior experience managing contractual and legal aspects of partnerships and commercial deals Are comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams — from product to legal to GTM — to align on deal feasibility and partner integration Know how to build structured pipelines, qualify opportunities, and drive deals from prospecting to closure Have a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, capable of thinking big and executing small Can assess a partner’s capabilities, understand their business models, and create compelling joint value propositions Are comfortable working with diverse and global partners, across industries and geographies. Bonus: Prior experience in RegTech Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like… Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential strategic partners aligned with IDfy’s business goals and product roadmap Build a robust partnership pipeline — from outbound prospecting to nurturing inbound interest Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, legal, sales, marketing) to assess fit, feasibility, and value proposition for each partner Lead the end-to-end negotiation and onboarding process — from MoUs to commercials to integration plans. Manage and grow existing partnerships — ensuring joint success and long-term alignment Track and measure partnership performance — bringing visibility to revenue impact, activation milestones, and pipeline contribution Co-create go-to-market plans with partners — including joint campaigns, bundled offerings, or co-branded initiatives Stay plugged into market trends and competitive intelligence to spot whitespace and unlock new partnership-led opportunities Serve as the internal advocate for your partners — ensuring they are enabled, supported, and incentivized for growth Drive outcomes , not just activities — own the targets tied to revenue, reach, or partner activation Why IDfy?
