Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous, professional, and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and be passionate about delivering outstanding guest service. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and prompt resolution of inquiries or issues. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the Property Management System (PMS). Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications both over the phone and online. Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel, local attractions, and services. Process payments and maintain accurate records of cash and card transactions. Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain tidy and presentable. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary. Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times. Assist in administrative tasks related to the front desk or reservations department. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role within the hotel or hospitality industry . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. Well-groomed, professional appearance. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
