Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, English-speaking sales executive with experience in online selling and product listing on platforms like Instagram, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Alibaba . The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, skilled in sales techniques, and capable of managing product catalogs and customer inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage product listings on Instagram, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Alibaba Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales via calls, chat, or email Respond professionally to customer messages in English Upload and update product photos, descriptions, prices, and stock status Follow up with buyers and maintain good customer relationships Track and report sales data, inquiries, and conversion rates Coordinate with the operations or dispatch team for order fulfillment Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies of the platforms Requirements: Proven experience in online product listing and sales Working knowledge of Instagram business tools, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Alibaba Good spoken and written English Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce or Marketing preferred) Experience in selling categories like garments, home décor, electronics, etc. (optional) Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.
