We are seeking a professional and experienced Closing Manager to join our team and manage all post-sales operations from contract signing to final transfer. Position Overview: The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the full transaction lifecycle after the sales agreement is signed, ensuring all compliance, legal, and financial requirements are met in accordance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations. This role is key to ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional handover process for both buyers and sellers. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination: Manage all aspects of the closing process for property sales and off-plan transactions, including title verification, mortgage coordination, and final transfer. Compliance Management: Ensure all documentation complies with DLD, RERA, and other applicable legal requirements. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, banks, and legal representatives throughout the closing process. Documentation: Review and collect all necessary legal documents (e.g., MOU, NOC, title deeds, service charge clearance). Government Liaison: Coordinate with DLD, trustees, developers, and property management companies for smooth processing of ownership transfer. Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any issues or delays related to documentation, payments, or transfer scheduling. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide status updates to management and agents. Financial Coordination: Track payments, commissions, service charges, and ensure final settlements are in order before transfer. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate transaction coordination or closing management Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, and Dubai property transfer processes Familiarity with Oqood, Ejari, and relevant Dubai government portals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or related field (preferred) To Apply: Send your CV to
