Role Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Internal Audit Professional to join our team. As a fresher with experience in Articleship, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of internal audit, risk assessment, IFC (Internal Financial Control), SOP drafting, and physical verification of stock and fixed assets. You will work closely with senior team members to support audits, assess risks, and ensure the company's financial operations are in compliance with relevant regulations. In this role, you will assist in conducting internal audits, documenting findings, and helping the company manage its risk effectively. Your role will also involve participating in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), assisting in physical verification processes, and supporting the management with key audit and compliance reports. Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. Experience in Internal Audit , Risk Assessment , IFC , SOP Drafting , Physical Verification of Stock & Fixed Assets during Articleship. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, able to identify discrepancies and areas for process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation skills). Excellent communication skills to effectively convey audit findings, recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to exercise professional scepticism and approach tasks with critical thinking. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
