This role is 70% copywriting—focused on crafting short, high-impact content for digital and print media, including ads, campaign lines, headlines, and social media. The remaining 30% involves long-form writing, supporting storytelling when needed to enhance brand narratives. The candidate must be skilled in delivering sharp, attention-grabbing copy that strengthens brand presence and drives engagement. Responsibilities : Create compelling, conversion-driven copy for ad campaigns, social media, landing pages, website headlines, email marketing, and product descriptions. Transform campaign briefs into clear, creative, and impactful messaging, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Craft short, high-impact marketing copy, including taglines, campaign slogans, CTAs, and punchy headlines that resonate with the target audience. Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and tonality, adapting messaging to different campaigns and audiences. Contribute to brand storytelling, helping refine the brand’s personality and communication style. Brainstorm and conceptualize marketing campaigns, content ideas, and brand narratives with the creative team. Edit and refine copy to ensure clarity, conciseness, and emotional appeal. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a creative agency, media, or brand marketing role. Strong portfolio showcasing ad copies, campaign messaging, brand voice execution, and social media content. Expertise in short-form, high-impact copywriting, including social media captions, email subject lines, website headlines, and ad creatives. Ability to take a campaign brief and convert it into engaging, on-brand messaging. Strong understanding of brand identity, tone of voice, and personality, with the ability to adapt messaging to different platforms and audiences. Experience creating Instagram carousel content and educational marketing materials. Exceptional storytelling skills with a sharp, persuasive writing style. Collaborative mindset, working closely with designers, marketers, and content strategists to execute creative campaigns. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
