Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for OCI-related incidents. Manage and optimize OCI resources including compute, storage, networking, and databases. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation tools. Collaborate with L3 and engineering teams for root cause analysis and problem resolution. Support deployment and configuration of OCI services and applications. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices. Mentor L1 support staff and contribute to knowledge base development. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Proficiency in OCI services such as Compute, Block/Object Storage, VCN, Load Balancer, IAM, and Database. Experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
