Job Title

Key Responsibilities:  Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for OCI-related incidents.  Manage and optimize OCI resources including compute, storage, networking, and databases.  Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and automation tools.  Collaborate with L3 and engineering teams for root cause analysis and problem resolution.  Support deployment and configuration of OCI services and applications.  Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.  Mentor L1 support staff and contribute to knowledge base development. Required Skills:  Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.  Proficiency in OCI services such as Compute, Block/Object Storage, VCN, Load Balancer, IAM, and Database.  Experience with scripting (Shell, Python) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).  Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.  Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
