Providing feedback to students on their performance and progress. Curriculum Development and Management: Participating in curriculum planning and development for the MLT program. Ensuring the curriculum aligns with industry standards and accreditation requirements. Developing innovative teaching methods and incorporating technology into the learning process. Research and Scholarly Activities: Conducting research in the field of clinical laboratory science. Publishing research findings in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at conferences.
