We’re now hiring a Service Head to lead our national after-sales operations and drive excellence from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy: Own and lead the national service function with a focus on Mumbai. Build scalable service frameworks aligned with business goals. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage regional service teams, including technicians and engineers. Foster a culture of accountability and performance. Customer Experience: Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention by resolving issues promptly and professionally. Own customer feedback loops and complaint resolution. Service Optimization: Define and implement SOPs, reduce service turnaround times, and optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Data & KPIs: Track and report key service metrics – FTFR, TAT, repeat issues, warranty claims, etc. – and act on insights to improve operations. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, and Logistics to close the feedback loop and improve reliability. Warranty & Spare Management: Oversee warranty tracking, claim approvals, and spare parts planning and logistics. Service Network Growth: Plan and expand the service center network as per business expansion plans. Desired Candidate ProfileTotal Experience: 6+ years in after-sales or service leadership, with at least 4 years in EV / Automotive / Two-wheeler / Mobility sector Functional Skills: Strong operational understanding of EV/two-wheeler service models Customer-centric mindset with quick decision-making ability Proficiency in field team management, diagnostics, and analytics Educational Qualification: Relevant technical qualification (Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field).
