The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful Soft Skills & Behavioural training programs aimed to enhance the personal and professional development of our students. The goal is to make students workplace-ready and socially competent. Minimum Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related fields Strong verbal or written communication skills Minimum 2–5 years of experience in training or teaching roles Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and deliver sessions in accordance with the prescribed syllabus. Ensure effective and structured delivery of the complete curriculum within defined timelines. Assess student needs and skill levels to tailor training programs accordingly. Collaborate with faculty and the placement cell to align training content with academic and industry requirements. Promote active student participation and drive academic success through continuous engagement, motivation, and support. Maintain student progress reports and session attendance records. Prior experience working with students or in education industry will be preferred
