About the Role: We are hiring a Chemistry Assistant Professor with at least 1+ year of teaching experience who is passionate about guiding students towards academic excellence. This role includes a 2-month initial training program in Hyderabad, after which the candidate will assume full teaching responsibilities. Immediate joining is mandatory. Experience: 1+ Year Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Joining: Immediate Training Period: 2 Months (after training will place in colleges) Education Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging lectures and lab sessions in Chemistry for intermediate or undergraduate students. Prepare lesson plans and academic content aligned with the curriculum. Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and practicals. Provide academic mentorship and support to students. Coordinate with other faculty for interdisciplinary learning initiatives. Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom. Required Skills: Strong knowledge in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry. Effective communication and teaching skills. Ability to motivate and mentor students. Classroom and time management expertise. Eligibility Criteria: Education: M.Sc. in Chemistry (Regular Mode Preferred) Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (CBSE/ICSE/Intermediate/UG level preferred) Joining: Immediate joiners only Location: Hyderabad (Training and work will be conducted on-site) Why Join NxtWave NIAT?
