Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager – Q-Commerce & E-Commerce Location: Mumbai- Colaba Department: Marketing Reports To: Head Sales About the Role We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media and growth initiatives across Quick Commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zomato) and E- commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital performance expertise, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of driving ROI through paid campaigns and platform partnerships. You will play a critical role in scaling digital performance, optimizing media investments, and maximizing category visibility across online channels. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Platform Growth (90%) • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid media strategies across Q-Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zomato) • Lead Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic, visibility, and conversions • Own performance KPIs – CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR – across digital campaigns • Analyze platform data, customer cohorts, and sales trends to inform targeting and spend allocation • Partner with platform account managers to leverage growth levers like promotions, ads, and merchandising tools • Monitor daily performance dashboards and adjust campaigns in real-time for maximum efficiency Cross-Functional Support – Trade Marketing (10%) • Support offline teams on GT & MT promotions, ensuring alignment with digital efforts • Coordinate on-ground execution of brand visibility and in-store POSM at key outlets • Assist in aligning trade activations with broader brand campaigns and digital push Key Requirements • ✅ Mandatory: Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with measurable results • ✅ Strong experience in performance marketing across Q-Commerce and/or E- commerce platforms • ✅ Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for spend optimization and campaign enhancement • ✅ Familiarity with ad tools, analytics dashboards, A/B testing, pixel tracking, and attribution models • ✅ Strong collaboration skills to align with sales, marketing, and external partners • ✅ Preferred: Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or digital-first brands What We Offer • The opportunity to lead high-impact digital campaigns in the fast-evolving Q-commerce space • A collaborative, agile work culture with a focus on innovation and performance • Competitive compensation, learning opportunities, and performance incentives If you’re a performance marketer who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and are passionate about digital commerce, we’d love to hear from you!
