About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and deliver interior design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely project delivery with a high level of quality. This role involves close collaboration with the design team, clients, and site teams to meet project goals effectively. Responsibilities : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate with the design team for drawings, specifications, and clarifications. Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards. Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for project completion. Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure quality control. Supervise on-site execution of projects, ensuring compliance with design plans and safety regulations. Monitor progress and address site-specific challenges proactively. Handle site masking and staging to protect materials and work areas. Serve as the point of contact between clients, the design team, and contractors. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones. Address client concerns and implement solutions promptly. Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion aligns with design specifications. Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects without compromising quality. Document project progress, changes, and final outcomes for reporting purposes. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on interior design or construction projects. Required Skills : Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software and project management tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills : Experience in sustainable design practices. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
