Job Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features. Build and maintain strong relationships with New and Existing clients. Knowledge of Various General Insurance Products in specific Group Mediclaim and Group Personal Accident Policies Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless sales process Qualification and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other Details: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
