Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Finance Operations Manager to lead cash flow optimization, financial reporting, and cross-functional alignment across Finance, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with solid operational finance experience, ideally within the logistics or supply chain sector. Key Responsibilities Cash Flow Management Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flows to ensure optimal liquidity across business units. Forecast inflows/outflows based on revenue trends, collections, and vendor obligations. Manage fund allocations across entities and business verticals to support working capital needs. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund movement, treasury, and credit utilization. MIS and Reporting Develop and maintain accurate dashboards and MIS reports on collections, disbursements, fund positions, and departmental revenue/costs. Track key working capital metrics such as DSO, DPO, and net cash conversion cycle. Deliver timely financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare monthly flash reports and conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. Inter-Departmental Collaboration Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to track receivables, booking trends, and upcoming payables. Support revenue recognition and credit control in coordination with business stakeholders. Enforce discipline in commercial documentation and payment terms. Systems and Process Management Automate financial workflows and enhance ERP/accounting system integrations. Ensure process adherence across invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations. Partner with technology teams to build tools that strengthen financial visibility and internal controls. Desired Candidate Profile Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance operations, MIS, or cash flow roles. Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain-intensive industries is preferred. Proficient in Excel, data modeling, and ERP/reporting automation tools. Strong grasp of working capital and operational finance fundamentals. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams. High attention to detail and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
