Function : Renewable Energy Solutions            Job Title :- Senior Engineer / RE Grid Resource Planning & Integration Specialist Location :- NEW DELHI Purpose of the position: To Conceptualize , Create and Design through simulation, suitable configuration & scenarios to optimize the Cost & Emission functions for a given situation for various generating sources ( Solar, wind, battery, coal power, Gas power etc). Objective is to meet the demand curve for the Energy utility sector for efficient Grid planning & RE resource Integration. Reporting Relationships: POSITION REPORTS TO : Managing Director & CEO / Techno Strategic Advisor Reportees to this position     Grid Design Engineers for Renewal Energy utilization & integration Qualification & Experience required: Qualifications ·      B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Renewal Energy Engineering. ·      Candidates with a Ph.D. with relevant experience would have an advantage. Experience 8 – 15 years years in the Power distribution design and Renewal Energy sector. Customers Served: INTERNAL : CEO, Techno Strategic Advisor and Project Engineers of Dastur Energy. EXTERNAL : Customers and their Project Leads Key Contacts: INTERNAL : CEO / Techno Strategic Advisor, HR, Project Heads, Technology Licensor Tech Lead. EXTERNAL : Customer Project Team Lead, policy making organizations like NITI Aayog, Ministry of Power, Central Electricity Authority, Power Grid, NLDC- RLDCs, DICOMS etc. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: •        Experience of Renewal Energy Grid Integration Simulation •        Good understanding about technical and strategic elements in Power sector and Renewable energy segment •        Technical & Public Policy level knowledge regarding the present scenario in India's Renewable Energy sector. •        Understanding of Technical-Economic and Strategic implication of addition of various Renewable Energy capacities into the Electric Grid.
