Company Description Biomedical Engineer (Applications and Services)Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer at Modi Medicare in Mumbai. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, working with medical equipment, biomedical engineering, clinical engineering, and preventive maintenance tasks.QualificationsEquipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills Experience in working with Medical Equipment Knowledge of Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering principles Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Detail-oriented and organized Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field The application Engineer should be responsible for giving applications training of all equipments that we shall be dealing with, to the clients. This involves service responsibilities also and should be able to give clinical and technical support to the clients. They will also be responsible to attend cases and also maintain uptime of the machines sold and give support to the sales teamThe person should have the following capabilities:1. In-depth knowledge of Biomedical engineering, Anatomy and physiology, electronics and hardware, with adequate basic knowledge of software, LAN networking, installation of OS, basic knowledge of troubleshooting etc. It is expected that the person should preferably have thorough knowledge of human anatomy, biomedical engineering, if not the same shall be imparted(for probation period)3. The person should be able to travel extensively4. The person is expected to take ownership of the product and learn is total functioning and should be then able to handle operations independently5.
