Role Summary: The Client Experience Executive serves as the face of ALIV, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients. Leveraging exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, this role ensures a seamless client experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring an immediate, friendly, and professional reception. Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, reminders, and manage the overall scheduling calendar efficiently. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and courteously, providing accurate information or redirecting queries appropriately. Provide exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs, questions, or concerns to maintain a high-quality patient experience. Assist in maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and ensure confidentiality of client information. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth client management and flow within the clinic. Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area. Support in billing, invoicing, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Proactively solicit client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in client experience. Handle complaints gracefully, escalating complex issues promptly and appropriately. Qualifications & Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, customer service, or front office roles preferred. Previous experience as an air hostess or similar role in customer-focused industries highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in English and local languages (written and verbal). Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or client management software preferred. Professional demeanor, enthusiastic attitude, and customer-centric mindset. Personal Attributes: Warm, welcoming personality with a positive attitude. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to build rapport quickly. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
