Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overarching strategy for Performance Marketing, SEO, Affiliates, and digital communications , ensuring alignment with Cleartrip's aggressive growth targets. High-Quality User Acquisition: Drive high-quality user acquisition predominantly across key channels like Google SEM, Metasearch partners, Ad Networks, Affiliates, and Facebook , continuously exploring and scaling new avenues. Performance Optimization: Own the end-to-end performance of all digital campaigns, focusing on ROI, retention, and engagement . Ensure all initiatives are meticulously planned, tracked, and optimized towards specific business and growth objectives. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report key metrics around marketing performance for all channels and domains to respective business heads, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign tracking, robust attribution, and continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. Collaborate with external Meta partners to uncover new growth opportunities and conduct insightful competitive analysis. Partner with Business and Product teams to conceptualize and optimize compelling offers and landing pages that significantly improve conversion rates. Be a crucial partner to the business team, leveraging digital marketing to deliver top-line and bottom-line targets and drive a high share of business. Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing performance marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability. What You Should Bring: 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of 3+ years in a leadership role managing a performance marketing team in an e-commerce or high-growth consumer internet company. Deep Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience in running and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns across Google Ads (SEM), Facebook/Meta platforms , and other major digital ad networks. Strong understanding and experience with Metasearch partners, Affiliate marketing, and SEO . Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and marketing automation tools is a significant plus. Analytical Prowess: Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving skills, and excellent data analysis capabilities. Expertise in using Google Analytics (GA) or equivalent analytics tools to extract actionable insights. Proven experience with channel planning, ROAS optimization, and CPx campaign execution. Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing huge marketing budgets effectively to achieve aggressive growth targets. Strategic Mindset: A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding business goals through performance-driven marketing strategies. Technology Acumen: An early adopter attitude towards technology and a keen understanding of emerging trends in digital marketing and ad-tech. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and inspire a team towards common goals.
