Location - Sitapura, Jaipur Working days - 6 Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring achievement of production targets and KPIs. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules and resource utilization. Drive continuous improvement in production processes (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc.). Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and SCM. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and develop production teams and supervisors. Analyze production data and implement strategies for reducing downtime, waste, and cost. Prepare and present production reports to senior management. Support new product development and process validations. Manage workforce discipline, morale, and efficiency on the shop floor. Requirements: Education: B.Tech/B.E.– Mechanical, Production, or relevant field Experience: 12–15 years in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior manager/AGM role Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and operational controls Hands-on with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and shop floor digital tools Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
