Job Description

Key Responsibilities: ● Design high-impact visuals for social media, websites, presentations, print, and video thumbnails. ● Create complete brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and brand guidelines. ● Maintain consistency across all designs by strictly following brand guidelines. ● Develop templates and branded assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite tools. ● Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and video teams to ensure a unified visual strategy. ● Edit and repurpose content for various formats: mobile, desktop, print, and basic video edits. ● Create short promotional clips or motion graphics as needed. ● Stay up to date with design trends, branding strategies, and visual storytelling techniques. ● Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print purposes. Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Proven experience in creating brand identities from scratch, including logos and style guides. ● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Strong command of Canva for collaborative and quick design output. ● Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. ● Excellent sense of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. ● Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency. ● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. ● Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team. Bonus Skills (Preferred): ● Basic video editing skills premier pro ● Familiarity with digital marketing asset design (emailers, display ads, landing pages). Tools & Software Expertise: ● Adobe Photoshop – photo editing, composites ● Adobe Illustrator – logo and vector design ● Adobe InDesign – brochures, magazines, ebooks ● Adobe Premiere Pro – basic video editing, cuts, transitions ● Canva – fast, collaborative design work ● Figma – (optional) for UI/UX and web layouts
