Job Description:  • Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities. • Investigate data to identify potential issues within ETL pipelines, notify end-users and propose adequate solutions. • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize Statistical efficiency and data quality. • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. • Prepare documentation for further reference. • Performing quality testing and data assurance. • High attention to detail. • Passionate about complex data structures and problem solving. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or information technology • Experience working in IT. • Experience working with complex data sets. • Knowledge of at least one ETL tool (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.). • Knowledge of HPCC Systems and C++ preferred • Familiarity with Kafka on-premise architectures and ELK. • Understanding of cross cluster replication, index lifecycle management and hot-warm architectures
