Specific Skills Lead generation, Customer relationship management, Key account management, Marketing skill. Communication skill, Technical orientation, Commercial acumen, Digital marketing, Presentation skills, Planning and participating in Exhibitions, etc. Technical Skills Mechanical Engineering, Marketing and Digital Marketing, Sales offer preparation, Proposal Calculations, Engineering Drawings – 2D and 3D (only basic knowledge), Commercial knowledge, Basic project management skills, Familiarity and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Any experience of Air pollution control or similar capital equipment industry would be added advantage. Job Overview & Responsibilities Job Overview : This is a National level Sales position covering all industries. Responsibilities: ·      Market study for specific segments ·      Preparation and implementation of Marketing plan. ·      Digital marketing ·      Visiting customers and generation of leads via Cold Calling etc. ·      Technical Calculation of solution using proprietary tools ·      Preparation of proposals ·      Technical selling, customer interactions ·      Preparation of Scope matrix and project handover document ·      Costing and pricing with support from management ·      Generation of Leads and Opportunities. ·      Customer relationship building and maintaining ·      Key account management. ·      Business development. ·      Lesioning with external suppliers of package solution to work out a complete turnkey proposal. ·      Profitability management ·      Maintaining of CRM with regular updates ·      Communication inside and outside regarding new products and services on offer ·      Generation of Customer testimonials, Videos of references, pictures, website updates, etc. ·      Support Project Manager with customer relationship as and when needed. ·      Complete back-end support to Front line sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.  Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive Sales in existing and new markets. Identify Agents / Partners / Consultants, etc. to generate Leads and promote products. Key account management and business generation Competition intellegence and strategy to attack competition Margin and Price awareness and focus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechaincal or Production or Electrical Engineering. Good experience in similar Capital equipiment Business Excellent written and verbal communication skills
