Assist with social media content and distribution. Write SEO-optimized content pieces to maximize the website's online visibility in search results. Utilize contact center industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to curate high-quality messaging. Proofread and edit content posts before publishing. Use simple tools like Grammarly and Plagiarism Checker to edit and validate content. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams. You’re good at: Thinking out of the box Great at experimenting with narratives. Framing mindblowing headlines, CTAs, and titles. Keyword positioning in the blog. Researching and using data points to justify statements. Communicate your ideas and opinions clearly to the team. Taking responsibility and charge when needed. Extra awesome if you: Are familiar Search Engine Optimization.. Have written professional business content in the past.
