The Limited Reserve  is on the hunt for a fearless Fashion Designer  to fuel our in-house design engine in Ahmedabad . While our brand is still in its launch phase, you’ll be joining an agile startup team, shaping our vision and laying the foundation for something iconic. Drawing deep inspiration from Indian heritage and blending it with the bold language of global streetwear, we’re reimagining what modern street fashion can look and feel like. Who We’re Looking For We want designers who don’t just sketch outfits—they craft visual stories. You’re not here to follow trends—you’re here to create them. With a flair for the dramatic, a love for bold silhouettes, and an obsession with detail, your designs turn heads, ignite curiosity, and tell stories that stick. If you're the type to mash up aesthetics, challenge norms, and make people feel  something through fashion—welcome to your playground. What You'll Do Design full seasonal collections and limited-edition capsule lines. Create original prints and artwork that align with our brand narrative. Develop CAD patterns and ensure perfect fit across all sizes. Collaborate on fabric selection and garment construction. Prepare detailed tech packs for production. Work side-by-side with the founder to turn bold concepts into wearable art. What We Need Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in fashion design. Expertise in print design, pattern making, and garment construction. Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator). Strong understanding of the full production cycle, from concept to final product. Ability to create clean, comprehensive tech packs. Aesthetically aligned with our brand’s design philosophy: modern, exclusive, with a strong understanding of streetwear and the ability to create eye-catching, visually appealing prints.
