Responsibilities • Keep a close tab on the inbox and send acknowledgement to mails adhering to SLAs • Review the job in detail to understand the requirements and, in case of queries, clarify with the client • Confirm deadline to the client based on the job queue • Assign the job based on designer skill sets and clarify any doubts they may have about the job • Keep a close track of the jobs and ensure that the deadlines are met at all instances • Once a job is completed, do a check to ensure that the client requirements have been met completely • Other responsibilities include being part of the process improvement programs and contributing creatively towards the growth of the organization Eligibility criteria • Should be good at multi-tasking and must be able to follow set processes diligently • Should have very good written and verbal communication skills in English • Should be enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment • Should be able to collaborate closely with the team members and demonstrate an open mindset • Should be flexible, reliable and have a pleasant attitude • Should have a “client-first” mindset and be willing to go the extra mile when required • Should be an independent contributor and must take complete ownership of the jobs handled • Should be familiar with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (preferably, experience in PowerPoint designing) • Good comprehension and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience criteria • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (McKinsey, Ernst & Young, RRD or any other similar organization)
