Deal evaluation for IT services involves taking input from multiple teams and translating the same into deal commercials. • Preparation of a customer pricing presentation sheet, along with listing out key deal commercial terms and conditions. •Ensuring deal commercials are in alignment with appropriate risk protection against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws (i.e., ARD and TUPE), etc. • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with the internal team (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participating in customer negotiations. •Preparation of deal P&L as per IFRS, deal cash flow, and balance sheet •Preparation of the deal termination schedule. •Identifying the accounting treatment of cost items in the deal P&L that is in alignment with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS) •Coordinating with multiple internal teams for cost inputs and deal solution discussion. •Ability to identify commercial and contracting risks in the deal, highlight the same to leadership, and suggest or deploy a mitigation approach. •Collaborate with other functions of the finance team on reporting and accounting requirements. •Ability to multitask between priorities to meet all organizational deadlines and quality expectations. • Interface and coordinate with the development team on system enhancements, responsible for strong internal controls.
