As a Pre‑Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in kickstarting our sales cycle, engaging prospective customers, and supporting field team sell while maintaining systems and client relationships. A background in real estate is a plus, but not a requirement. This position is offered on a fixed‑term contract for 12 months , during which performance will be closely monitored. Based on meeting defined Key Performance Indicators and business headcount availability, successful candidates may be converted to permanent, on‑roll employment before or at the conclusion of the contract period. Role & Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Outreach Initiate contact with potential clients using company-provided leads, introduce projects, and assess interest and requirements. Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email, answering questions on property features and pricing. Appointment Coordination Confirm and schedule visits or meetings, and keep the CRM updated with appointment details and outcomes. Follow-ups & Engagement Maintain consistent communication via calls, messages, or email to nurture leads and convert interest into site visits or client engagements. CRM & Database Management Ensure accurate data entry in CRM track client interactions, lead status, site visit outcomes, and next steps. Collaboration with Sales Team Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to share updates on client interactions and follow-up progress. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 1 + year in telesales, customer interactions, or support roles (industry agnostic) Communication : Excellent verbal and written command in English and local language(s) Technical Skills : Proficient in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
