POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective) Responsible for design of digital communication collaterals KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Create Visual Concepts · Develop design layouts for digital marketing campaigns – Social Media, Performance Marketing, Apps, OTT & Blogs · Meet with production houses/agencies and the art director to share learnings for improvement of content generation · Determine the message the design should portray with internal stakeholders & External Digital Marketing Agencies · Team Coordination with internal clients and partners · Should be able to construct unique campaigns and create variations so that the team is able to get higher success rate basis the evolving performance marketing algorithms. · Concept Design, gather Facts, process, brainstorm and refine design ideas · Coordinate release and processing of files at printer and prepress · Communicating with product teams as per need · Visiting Stores to learn about the Products and their communication needs · Support Markets and businesses with Communication design collateral. Maintain quality standards and adhere to deadlines in case of need · Work closely with team and provide support. Maintain a positive work environment Knowledge & Skills: · Strong knowledge of best practices in creative design for Digital Marketing across Meta, Google, Apps & OTT · Ability to make .gifs/edit short length videos · HTML skills to code responsive emails & blogs · Knack in innovative design · Pro in Visual Ideation/ Concept Design · Skilled in typography · Knowledge of working on relevant Adobe software · Good communication skills including English · Facilitating brainstorming for ideas · Additional knowledge of printing & production · Ideally should have worked for Apparel & Lifestyle brands for at least 1-2 years Interested candidates send their resume at along with portfolio.
