Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales (Business Development) to drive B2B IT sales initiatives, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, proven experience with outbound sales tools, and a flair for relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and qualify new business leads in the IT services domain Drive B2B outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha , and other CRM/lead gen platforms Build a healthy pipeline of prospects across geographies through cold calling, emailing, and social selling Work closely with the Business Development and Technical teams to align client requirements with our solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team with qualified leads Report weekly lead metrics and progress to leadership What We’re Looking For: 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience selling IT services, software testing, QA, or consulting solutions preferred Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup Prior experience working in international markets is a plusz Why Join Planit – Nomura Group?
