The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions predominantly over the phone. Daily tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and delivering excellent Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism Experience with CRM software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
