About Pandita AI Solutions Pandita AI is a Palo Alto–based startup building domain-specialized foundation models , multimodal agents, and automation tools to solve real-world problems in science, enterprise, and industrial systems. With a thriving AI engineering division in Mysore , we build both internal tools and client-facing demos that demand intuitive, elegant, and scalable interfaces. We are looking for a UX/UI & Product Designer  who can self-direct product thinking  — using tools like ChatGPT, Grok, and internal LLMs  as a replacement for traditional product management roles . You will partner directly with researchers and engineers to ship UI/UX for AI demos and interfaces — without waiting on long product specs. Role Overview This hybrid role blends visual storytelling, interactive UI development, and autonomous product thinking . You will: Use tools like ChatGPT, Deep Research, and Grok  to perform tasks typically handled by a PM — including market research, user stories, feature discovery, and prototyping support. Build and deploy Streamlit apps  and dashboards that demonstrate our AI capabilities. Design presentations and visual assets  that translate technical research into clean, shareable narratives. Collaborate directly with AI SMEs, founders, and engineers to rapidly iterate and deploy designs into production demos . Key Responsibilities Act as your own product owner  by using GenAI tools to: Research feature ideas, competitors, and best UX practices Write user stories and flows Create content for UI and slides Simulate user feedback or edge case testing Design elegant slides and pitch decks  for client meetings, investor talks, and internal explainers. Develop and style Streamlit-based UI components  to showcase internal and external AI workflows. Work with engineering to deploy and maintain hosted demos  via Streamlit Cloud or custom endpoints. Collaborate with AI researchers and SMEs  to understand core systems and visualize their capabilities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Product Design, HCI, or Computer Science. Proficient in design tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator , or similar. Strong portfolio showing slides, Streamlit apps, dashboards, or visual interfaces for tech products . Hands-on experience with Streamlit or Python-based web UIs . Demonstrated ability to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok  to drive product ideation, writing, and workflow creation. Experience collaborating with engineers and researchers in high-velocity environments Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with LLM or GenAI-based tooling and prompt workflows. Basic understanding of API integration , cloud deployment (Streamlit Cloud, AWS), and version control.
