Job Responsibilities: • Appointment of Channel Partners: Recruit and appoint channel partners for IGF business as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). • Client Relationship Management: Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients. • Revenue Achievement: Achieve revenue targets through the channel partner (CP) model. • Partnership Growth: Add new partnerships on a month-on-month (MoM) basis. • Distribution Platform Partnerships: Build partnerships with various distribution platforms and business houses (optional). • Team Management: Hire, manage, and build a strong team to support channel partner operations. • Donation Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of donations. • Partner Rewards: Validate and ensure timely payout of rewards to channel partners. Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Management graduate with 7-10 years of experience in business development, channel development, people management, and building verticals. • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing and goal setting. • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical and non- technical information to staff members and customers. • Presentation Skills: Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Technical Skills: Technical proficiency to understand and propose products or solutions based on client requirements. Preferred Industry Experience: • NGO: Experience in channel partner management within the NGO sector. • Banking: Experience handling Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) in the banking industry. • Telecom: Experience in distribution management within the telecom industry.
