Locations: Chandra Layout, Bangalore Job Role: Inside Sales Executive About the Role: This is a target-oriented sales role with performance-based incentives . As an Inside Sales Executive at Mediversal Academy, you will be responsible for driving course enrollments by engaging with doctors and healthcare professionals. You will actively promote our upskilling programs, explain course features, and convert leads into admissions through effective communication and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Sales Consultation: Understand customer needs and present the most relevant courses, highlighting key features like LMS-based learning, live webinars, case studies, and clinical attachments. Follow-Ups & Closures: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads, resolve their queries, and close admissions through persuasive communication. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; performance will be directly linked to incentives. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of all courses, including PG Diplomas, Fellowships, and Certifications, along with pricing, eligibility, and EMI options. CRM Management: Efficiently manage leads and sales pipeline using the CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and address customer needs. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with medical professionals. Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to drive conversions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Ability to clearly explain academic offerings and complex course details. Familiarity with CRM tools and professional communication through phone and email. Job Details: Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) Work Mode: Work from Office Fresher can also apply.
