Role Description We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to design, implement, and optimize Generative AI based solutions for our clients. You will lead the development of RAG pipelines using Azure AI Foundry and integrate enterprise data (Power BI, OLAP cubes, web sources, and documents) into conversational AI experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI services. Create prompt flows using Prompt Flow, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel. Integrate Power BI datasets and semantic models using REST and XMLA APIs. Set up vector databases (Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search) for embedding-based retrieval. Design and test prompt templates for financial analysis, variance analysis, KPI queries, and contextual grounding. Work closely with data engineers and finance analysts to refine query accuracy. Ensure hallucination mitigation, fallback strategies, and LLM guardrails are in place. Requirements: 3+ years hands-on experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI). Deep understanding of RAG architecture, embedding models, and prompt chaining. Familiarity with financial KPIs and enterprise reporting systems. Experience with Power BI integration, REST APIs, and Azure infrastructure. Strong Python development skills; experience with LangChain or Semantic Kernel preferred.
