Job Summary: The Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in supporting and engaging our Student Ambassador program. This role involves reaching out to existing Student Ambassadors, encouraging them to continue their efforts, resolving their queries, and ensuring they have all the necessary resources to succeed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping students. Key Responsibilities: Student Ambassador Engagement: 1. Reach out to existing Student Ambassadors to confirm their continued participation. 2. Motivate and inspire Student Ambassadors to maximize their efforts. 3. Provide information about upcoming events, initiatives, and opportunities. 4. Query Resolution: a) Address and resolve any queries or concerns from Student Ambassadors promptly and professionally. b) Act as a liaison between Student Ambassadors and other departments to ensure their needs are met. Resource Provision: 1. Ensure Student Ambassadors have access to all necessary resources, including marketing materials, event details, and support tools. 2. Keep Student Ambassadors informed about any updates or changes in the program. Feedback Collection: 1. Gather feedback from Student Ambassadors on their experiences and challenges. 2. Communicate feedback to the relevant departments to improve the program. Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate records of interactions with Student Ambassadors. 2. Prepare and present reports on engagement levels, common queries, and feedback. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 2. Previous experience of min 1 year in sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Skills: Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
