We are passionate about helping our students achieve their dreams of a career in aviation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a CPL Ground Instructor & Admin. The role involves conducting ground school sessions, developing and updating training materials, and assisting with administrative tasks. The instructor will also be responsible for evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining training records. Participation in curriculum development and collaboration with other instructors to ensure high-quality training standards is also required. Qualifications Experience in conducting ground school sessions and strong knowledge of aviation subjects Proficiency in developing and updating comprehensive training materials Administrative skills, including managing training records and providing performance feedback Excellent communication and presentation abilities Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team Holding relevant aviation certifications and hands-on experience in the aviation industry Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Type rating on Airbus A320 is a plus
