Job Description

Designation: Senior Manager – Investor Relations · Lead Generation & Investor Acquisition - Identify potential investors for various opportunities & grow base of investors with new investor acquisition through network, referrals and other sources · Channel Management – Manage channel of referral partners to enable them to refer more investors and derive value for the organisation · Conversions and Revenue Generation - Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate. Develop and manage a sales pipeline and tracking progress · Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. · Market Research & Analysi s - Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyse competitors and industry developments to stay informed about the business landscape · Investor Communications -Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors. Respond to inquiries from investors, prepare and release various investor communications including periodicals, newsletters, and new opportunity communications. Assist in organizing and conducting investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences in different geographies · Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and other legal requirements related to investor communications. Maintain accurate records of investors' interactions and communications. Strategic Guidance - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance and Investor feedback Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred · 4 + years of experience in business development, sales, investor relations, customer service, Team Leading, relationship management, or related field. · Strong sales and business development skills. · Strong analytical, negotiation, and persuasion skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Relationship management and strong networking skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. · Ability and willingness to grow with the organisation by building a long-term brand and business base
