Instruction and Curriculum: Provide in-classroom instruction and guidance to students with diverse learning needs, including those with learning disabilities, developmental delays, and other special needs. Develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans and activities. Assessment and IEP Development: Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student. Track student progress and adjust IEPs as needed. Classroom Management and Support: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success. Manage classroom behavior and address any conflicts or issues that may arise.
