Role Description This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing social media strategies, lead generation, and web analytics. The role involves collaborating with the creative, web development, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop brand positioning, messaging tone, and overarching strategy across digital channels. Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover insights that guide creative and performance initiatives. Oversee the brand’s creative and strategic direction, ensuring all outputs align with business goals. Coordinate with internal teams (designers, social media, content, etc.) to maintain strategic consistency. Review all marketing deliverables for quality assurance and strategic relevance. Build and guide marketing strategies across branding, social media, shoots, performance marketing, and website projects. Assist in shoot planning and execution with a strong grasp of visual storytelling. Write compelling content: social media captions, blogs, website copy, and emails. Support in website content planning (section layout and brand narrative). Pay Scale : 4 - 5 LPA (without any deductions) Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics Experience with creating and managing successful marketing campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Experience in the marketing industry is a plus 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or brand strategy. Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and paid campaign planning. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Proven ability to oversee creative and technical marketing workflows. Knowledge of branding principles, social media trends, and website UX essentials. Highly organised with excellent communication skills. Leadership capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
