Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin and HR Associate to support day-to-day administrative and HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be tech-savvy, and capable of managing various tools and platforms to ensure smooth internal processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage general administrative duties including office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management. Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee record management. Handle employee queries and escalate when necessary. Maintain and update HR systems, databases, and internal trackers. Assist in organizing events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Ensure adherence to company policies and support compliance activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 year experience in an administrative or HR support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A proactive attitude with attention to detail and confidentiality.
