What This Role Requires In the role of Chatbot/IVR developer , you will be a key contributor to MResult’s mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Here is what you will do: Key Requirements: Hands on experience of 2 to 3 years Kore.ai Bots platform Overall experience of 4 to 6 Years in IT. Proven expertise in integrating Kore.ai platform with other messaging and IVR channels Must have at least handled 2 to 3 full implementations of a chat bot – Designing the flows to building them and deploying them. Must have strong expertise in Node.js. Working knowledge on JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets. Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP. Good knowledge of code documentation and handover. Excellent Communication skills Good to have: Knowledge of different authentication and authorisation techniques. Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms. Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure. UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular. JS / React. JS/Vue.
