Position Title: Functional Consultant – CRM Experience Required: Up to 4 Years Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Functional Consultant – CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and a strong understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Understand and document business needs related to CRM processes including sales, marketing, and customer service. Solution Design & Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet client requirements. Implementation & Integration: Lead or support CRM implementations, including data migration and integration with other enterprise systems. Training & Enablement: Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure effective usage and management of the CRM system. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize CRM performance. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features and recommend best practices for system optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Up to 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong understanding of CRM business processes. Experience with CRM customization, workflows, and dashboards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Exposure to integration tools and techniques.
