Job Title: Creative Writer Manager – Social Media & Brand Campaigns Location: Bengaluru Department: Marketing About the Role We're looking for a sharp, imaginative creative writer who can shape the voice of Oben Electric across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communications. Someone who understands two-wheelers (EVs are a plus), has an instinct for storytelling, and knows how to connect with urban riders. You’ll work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to craft ideas, scripts, captions, and campaign content that bring our electric motorcycles and the lifestyle they represent to life. What You'll Do Develop copy for brand and product campaigns across social media, website, digital ads and influencer briefs. Craft compelling stories, taglines and campaign narratives that match the brand’s tone and energy Collaborate with design and video teams to shape campaign ideas from concept to execution Write scripts for reels, YouTube videos, launch teasers and product explainers Keep content fresh, relevant and tuned in to what's working culturally and creatively Translate product features into benefits that people actually care about Bring new ideas to the table: campaign hooks, content formats, storytelling structures Own the voice of the brand across platforms and moments What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of experience writing for brands preferably in consumer tech, mobility or FMCG sector. Strong portfolio of work across social media, campaigns, videos, or product launches An understanding of social media platforms and what kind of content works where Comfort working in a fast-moving team with quick turnarounds Interest in EVs, motorcycles, or urban mobility is a big plus Bonus: experience working with a design/video team or an agency To Apply: Share your resume and writing portfolio as an attachment to the job posting Include 2–3 campaign pieces you’re proud of (ads, social posts, scripts—anything with flavor).
